1. There are two Neutral positions for 16-gears gearbox, push the lever left or right to select its range. Double H mechanism would shift from 1-8 gear range to 9-16.
2. Sequence for gearing up:
Condition 1#- After starting the engine, moving gear from Neutral to 1st, sequence is as below:
The lever is now at Neutral on left position, and air switch is at Low position. Step on clutch to bottom, move lever to 1st gear, release clutch.
Condition 2#- When moving gear up, from 1st to 2nd:
Move air switch on lever from L to H, then step on clutch, then release clutch. Now it is 2nd gear.
Condition 3#- When from 2nd to 3rd :
Firstly move air switch from H to L, then step on clutch, then gear to 3th gear, now it is 3rd gear.
Condition 4#- When moving to upper range, like from 8th to 9th:
Firstly move air switch from H to L, secondly step on clutch to bottom, move lever from 4th to Neutral Left, push it to right side to Neutral Right position, release clutch. Thirdly step on clutch to bottom again, move lever to 9th gear, release clutch.(faw truck parts)
3.When the vehicle speed is higher than 30km/h, do not shift from high to low range gears.

1. For all shifting operations, please to step on clutch twice. For example, firstly step on clutch to bottom, then shift from 1st to Neutral, loose clutch; secondly step on clutch again, then shift from Neutral to 2nd.
2. When shift from the low gear range to high range, like 6th to 7th, firstly switch the air valve on lever from “L” to “H”, then step on clutch, move gear to Neutral, release clutch, then step on clutch again, move to 7th.
Do not perform the gear-jumping operation between low and high range shifting, like from 5th gear to 7th (6th is jumped), or 8th to 6th (7th is jumped), otherwise it will damage the deputy box.
The deputy box can only be switched when the gear is at Neutral. (faw parts)
3. When the vehicle speed is higher than 30km/h, do not shift from high to low range gears.

1. For all gear shifting, stepping on clutch twice. For example, step on clutch to bottom first, then move gear from 1st to Neutral, loose clutch; secondly step on clutch again, then move gear from Neutral to 2nd.
2. When shift from the low gear range to high gear range, like 5th to 6th, firstly switch the valve on lever from “L” to “H”, then step on clutch, move gear to Neutral, release clutch, then step on clutch again, move gear to 6th.
Do not perform the gear-jumping operation in low and high range shifting, for example from 4th gear to 6th, or 7th to 5th, otherwise it will damage deputy box synchronizer.
The deputy box can only be switched when the gear is at Neutral position.
3. When the vehicle speed is higher than 30km/h, do not shift from high to low range gears, it means to stay at high range gears when speed is above 30km/h.
